Deleted Text Message
How can I find a deleted text message from 2015 in iCloud if I do have backup enabled?

You deleted a message in 2015. Then if you backed up again, your old backup will have been overwritten... and the deleted message will not be in the new backup.
If you have not backed up since 2015, then you could restore to that old backup ... but any other data you've added to your phone in the 5 years since will be lost, so it is not advisable to do so.
