Shared album
I have shared an album with two individuals. One individual easily has downloaded pictures into the album. The other one says she has downloaded them and can see them herself but we cannot any suggestions?

Do you mean uploaded TO the shared album?
Downloaded implies she has coped them from the album to her phone or PC/Mac.
