If I buy the iPhone 11 can I use my iPhone 7 SIM card in it?

I’m thinking to buy iPhone 11 from Apple and I have a iPhone 7 at the moment. Is it ok if I use the same SIM card ?

Yes. Its fine. They use the same sized sim card.
