What is the white stuff that was on my iPhone when I took of the case

So I took my case off after a few weeks since I last cleaned it and there was this very very visible White stuff on it, it wiped off pretty easily but it has me worried. It was on part of the inside of the case and a majority of the back of my phone, what is it?
