My ipad is disabled. I have a home button. I have turned off my ipad, held the home button down while plugging it into my laptop (not Mac). Itunes pulls up and tries to update four times now but says it cannot locate the device. When I click on Account in the heading, it shows my icloud account that I am signed into.
