Sidecar not working: iPad Pro to MacBook Pro Catalina

Question

Both devices are signed into same iCloud account. iPad does not appear in Sidecar selection.

Tried connecting the two devices with hard wire.

Turned off then turned on iPad Pro.

No dice.

Advice? Troubleshoot?
