Apple Watch Family Setup Geofencing / Location Notifications Alerts

I read a couple articles about the Family Setup feature of the new Apple Watches stating that parents will be able to configure geofences and receive alerts when children leave the area or arrive at a designated location. The first article below even has a photo showing the alert.

My question is does anyone know how to do this?

From TechCrunch:

"It also allows family members to receive location alerts so parents will know where the child is and if they have entered or exited a geofenced area. For a child, this could be the school or a basketball practice, for example."

Nevermind, I found it. It's in the "Find My" app on the iPhone. The trick is I needed to be looking at the People tab instead of the Devices tab. You can't receive alerts on devices I guess but you can on people. So on the People tab, click the person then under Notifications, click Add.
