why does this network show up under locations? does this mean my sister connected to my computer in some way without me noticing

Hey I'm kinda naive when it comes to computers but I noticed when looking in my finder that a network shows up under locations. my sister is home for quarantine and I think she might use some kind of special network for work stuff but why does a network show up under locations? does this mean my sister connected to my computer in some way without me noticing? I have left my computer open before but I'm not sure if she went into my computer and connected me to some kind of network so she can spy on me but idk. thanks

Devices shown under Network are using the same local network as that Mac. Their appearance means they are advertising themselves as "available". The one in your screenshot is a Windows PC showing its characteristic "blue screen of death".
