Access denied

I am trying to go to a website on my iPad and I keep receiving the message “Access denied” and says “You don’t have permission to access-gives the website-on this server”. Then gives Reference number. How do I fix that? Thank you.

You’ll likely need to contact the website operator for help with the [undisclosed] error. Access denied often suggests that you need to sign-in - or require some other form of authentication.
