Preço abusivo para reparo de tela no Brasil

After speaking with 6 Apple Support attendants and many disagreements between them, apparently the final information is that what is written in the Brazilian website works for the USA, but not for Brazil. In Brazil the only option would be the replacement of the entire Watch, which in my case (Apple Watch Series 5 (GPS + Cellular) (Aluminum)) would cost R$ 3,049.00 (https://support.apple.com/pt-br/watch/repair/service/pricing). It is an abuse to the consumer, because I want to replace only the screen, since the watch has all the features in perfect condition, including the touch, and for that I will have to pay well over half the value of a new watch.
