I dont have itunes to update and my phone wont let me do update says i have no storage. I dont want to reset my phone as i have stuff i dont want to loose i cant back up. my phone literally has nothing on it! I have a video and shows "on this phone" 4kb. NOTHING!! but yet others folder shows 31gb used and wont let me see what is there. I literally deleted everything!!!
