Sound not working in photos

Hi Joanne,

Photos app work flawlessly and since you speakers are working I doubt there is any hardware problem.

The sound is mute by default on the photos app for videos. Please tap on the volume button at the bottom when a video is playing or push the volume up button. This will enable the sound for a video under photos app.

Hmmm when did you noticed that this happened? Does this only happens to recent photos or even the old files?
