We understand you've been unable to a PDF from the Files app on your iPhone. We'll be happy to help.

To begin, we may be able to delete the file from a different device if it's stored with iCloud or another cloud service. For iCloud, we can use this link: iCloud

However, if it's saved directly on the device, let's perform a standard restart using these steps: Restart your iPhone

If you're still unable to erase after restarting, let us know exactly what happens when you try to delete. For example, are there any error messages or does it appear to erase then come back?
