Unfortunately this is one of the consequences of changing countries. iTunes purchase history and any iCloud Music Library are tied to a particular national store. You cannot switch stores while you have an active subscription. It may not be too late to cancel the recent subscription and reactivate the previous one, but I cannot say for certain. Ask Apple Support for help.
