FaceTime and iMessage

My number is not registering to work with FaceTime and iMessage only my email. My number to work but then I took out my sim and when I put it in back it’s not resister it no more

You need to change/add the number on your Apple ID. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.

Since adding the SIM back, have you restarted the phone? Do you have cellular service?
