When I delete emails from my work email on my iPhone they don’t delete from my iPad or computer, but if I delete from my computer or iPad they delete from my phone. How do I get emails to delete when I delete them off my phone?

Yes all devices are signed in. I should have been more clear. It is my mail on outlook that is not deleting off my iPad or work computer when I delete from my iPhone. However, if I delete from my iPad, then it deletes on both my phone and my computer as well as when I delete from my computer. It is only when I delete off my iPhone that it does not sync up. However if I file a message or send a message - all devices sync up.
Ah, Outlook ( Microsoft ). Not sure how to proceed. Have left MS years ago. The two ecosystem do not always play nice together from past experiences.
