Are you a Cognizant employee or contractor? (Cognizant is a fortune 100 consulting company). Did you obtain the phone from a Cognizant employee? It’s likely that the phone is under enterprise device management by Cognizant, so if you have no relationship with Cognizant it is likely you have a stolen phone. You can check by going to Settings/General and scrolling to the bottom. Look below VPN for a Device Management entry. If one is there open it and see if there is a management profile. If there is that would confirm this.

Hi senthil193,

We understand that you're seeing a pop-up regarding an app installation. We'd love to get to the bottom of what's going on, and see what we can do to help.

Just to help narrow this down a bit more, can you let us know if that pop-up appears when you're doing something specific on you device, or does it come up randomly? For example, does that pop-up message appear when you try to download another application?

Do you have "Automatic Downloads" turned on in your device's settings for the iTunes & App Store? If so, does turning automatic downloads off seem to improve the issue? More about that under the "Turn on or turn off automatic downloads" part of this link: Update apps or use automatic downloads

Do you have the application that's mentioned in the message installed on your device at this time? If so, and you don't want that application, let's see if uninstalling it helps resolved this issue.

This page has some great information about uninstalling or deleting apps: How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Thanks!
