My app store wont let me search for apps it wont load anything

When I go to search for an app in the app store it wont load anything. It also won't load anything on the Featured, Explore, or Top Charts tabs. I have tried resetting my network settings and signing in to my wifi again. Still doesn't work. I need to download Chrome and Firefox for web testing but am stuck at this point.
