Macintosh HD - other volumes taking up a lot of memory on my computer? Almost all of my 256GB, how do I clear this?

I think the photos speak for themselves. I am almost out of room on my mac and have no clue how to clear this out without screwing up my entire computer? SOS!

"Macintosh HD" is your system volume, "Macintosh HD - Data" is your user volume so the 178.12 GB is the contents you see on your internal drive. If you want to free up space, delete some of your stuff!
