cancel renewal on family sharing

I need to cancel an app renewal on my daughter's iPad. I can't access the "subscriptions" on her device and I don't see the app on my account. Any suggestions?

Cancel my child's subscription My 10 year old bought a subscription under our family sharing (my Apple ID). I cannot for the life of me figure out how to cancel it! It is not listed under my subscriptions, and when I use my son's device to try and cancel, that is not even an option on his Ipod (it is blurred out so you cannot select it). Any help here? Thanks!

Not all subscriptions are managed using Apple’s methods. Check the specific website associated with the subscription service.
