the Blood Oxygen app says "To set up Blood Oxygen, open the Apple Watch app on your iphone" I am looking everywhere and dont see it at all.

After research the issue was due to being a beta level, so I had to reset my phone. Still trying to reset all my data, but the watch iOS version is standard and now shows the blood oxygen solution. I guess I’ll have to wait till beta updates are fixed before I go there again. :(
plug the cable from iphone to computer
open itunes
with phone on
press volume key up
press volume key down
and then press and hold the side buttom until you see this image on your phone
check your update version
You will have to do a hard reset on iTunes to get rid off the beta update on phone and then watch you be update to update 7.0.1 by now

Also make sure you do a back up before doing this process
