What would happen if I reset my settings

My iPhone XR keeps lagging and it keeps freezing up what do I do???

First try restarting it—>Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Next check that you have enough free storage: Settings/General/iPhone Storage - you should have at least 1 GB free, 3 is better.

Also, update it to iOS 14.0.1 if you haven’t yet
