Why does my Apple Watch just randomly shut down and restart in the middle of the day while I’m wearing it? It is fully charged and as I’m driving down the road it continuously shuts down and restarts and I see the white apple in the middle of the face continuously. Then it will come back on for hours and then do it again randomly. Why?

i just spoke to customer service with apple and they informed me that this is an issue and since i have apple Care plus, they are sending a replacement and i am sending my old one to them. I was concerned it was something i was doing but they assured me, it was a glitch with that watch.
My watch 3 is doing the same thing. Started a few months ago I think.
My watch 3 started doing this after the latest update.....guessing it’s business as usual? $$$
