On my Apple Watch Series 3 I am unable to change to the artist watch fcae, I tried searching for it on my watch, changing it from my iPhone and restarting both devices. Does anyone know a possible fix?

I have Watch OS 7.0
Try updating to watchOS 7.0.1 and iOS 14.0.1 and see if they appear.
