i just bought Apple TV 4K, installed and sync with my iPhone, i already have my Disney+ App in my phone, when i check it in Appstore in Apple TV its unavailable, how could this to be happened?

Are your iPhone and Apple TV registered with the same Apple ID account? What is your country or region? The availability of apps is determined by the region of the App Store, which will match the region of the Apple ID account (the region of the billing address).
my iPhone and Apple TV registered with same account, i live at Jakarta, Indonesia. i can download the Disney+ on my iPhone, but not in the Apple TV, i just understand what could cause this issue of Appstore
