Hi.
I have a Space Black Apple Watch Bracelet with a broken clasp (see picture). It's one of the two bits that you squeeze together to open the clasp. Does anyone know how to get this fixed or if there is a replacement clasp piece? This was a really expensive bracelet and is now unusable because of what seems a design flaw :(

They should be able to assist you with this issue on the Broken Clasp
Apple does not sell parts for them. What number did you call for support? Did you ask them flat out do they service the band?
You might also try a jewelry repair shop.
I called the 0800 uk number. I did ask them flat out but they kept talking about the sales team. I think they thought there was an issue with the watch rather than the bracelet. They were very unhelpful. I will find a way.
Thanks for the help but they were really unhelpful and tried to direct me to the sales team. Does anyone know where you can get spare parts for this please?
