There aren't USB-C hubs in the way there are for USB-A. The best you can do is something like the Belkin 4-port mini-hub that gives you one extra USB-C port, but it supports only data not video.
The USB-C (really, USB 3.2/USB 4) standard does not support duplication in the way that you're used to with older, slower USB versions.
With the right devices, USB-C can be effectively daisy-chained, e.g. you connect a port on your Mac to a display that has two USB-C ports, you connect an external hard drive with two USB-C ports to the display, and you plug your new iPad Pro into the hard drive, and your Mac sees all three devices.
Apple knows that you can't just 'add more ports with a cheap hub', which is why there are both 2 TB3-port and 4 TB3-port versions of the MacBook Pro, and the 4 TB3-port versions cost more.
