I recently got an iphone and I created a new apple Id how do I transfer all my music to the new apple id from the old one that I had. I still know the old account login but i had forgot it at the time of purchasing the new iphone

It might be easier to switch back to your old ID.
You can't transfer purchases between IDs.
You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
