In fact I found the solution, it was the problem of voLTE option. I have a physical SIM of 4G data (Internet) and an e-SIM for ordinary calls on my iphone 11. The voLTE was activated on both lines. It must be activated only on the 4G line. When it is disactivated from the e-SIM, everything si becomes OK.
