I received an email saying it was from Apple and told me there was a problem with the payment and I should click on this link to update my info or else my apple id would be locked. Looks like a scam address to me. If you need to update your payment method, do it on your I{Pad.

Apple emails will be from @apple.com or @iTunes.com. E-mail addresses can be spoofed. You can go to Mail/View/Message/Show all Headers to see more.
