After updating to watchOS 7.0 and 7.0.1, my watch freezes and restarts on its own multiple times a day. I have tried unpairing and repairing it to my phone. Also tried just restarting it to try to fix it. Still continues to randomly freeze and restart. How can this be fixed?

I talked to apple support about a different issue but asked about this while I had them on the line. After I unpaired, uninstalled and reinstalled the watch app, then paired again, I haven’t had any issues.

I have this same issue and its the only problem I’ve ever had with the watch and it came after the download. One thing I noticed is it happens when I’m listening to music or a podcast. The update also causes the music screen to stay on which is draining the battery.
