Hi there xx4dzxx,

We're happy to show you how to check your settings for Safari on your iPad Pro.

If you go into Settings > Safari and scroll down to "Page Zoom" you can control the default zoom that affects all websites here.

If this is only happening on a specific website in Safari, open the website and click the double A icon in the top left of the Address Bar and tap either the small A or the large A to change the zoom. Specific websites may also be setting their own preferred view, so you might check with the website publisher for help.

You can find more about changing text size in the section "Change text size, display, and website settings" of our article here:

Browse the web using Safari on iPad

For your other browsers, you may want to check the settings inside of each browser.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities!

We hope you have a great rest of your day!

Thanks for getting back to us xx4dzxx,

It sounds like you might be performing a longer press than normal when going to your alert. This will use the 3D Touch or Haptic Touch features in order to allow you to respond to messages quickly and directly from the notification.

You can find more about this feature here:

View and respond to notifications on iPhone

To adjust the sensitivity of 3D Touch or Haptic Touch to help make this happen less frequently, check out our article here:

Change 3D or Haptic Touch sensitivity on your iPhone

Thanks again for contacting the Apple Support Communities!

Take care!

Many thanks for your help, managed to find a few “changes” to the setup on my iPad and iPhone after latest updates, only one that I have not found a workaround is with iPhone Messages I.e. when I receive an alert and tap to see message i am taken to the write message to whoever sent me the text, have to cancel then read said message and then reply if required, not a big problem but has to be an update fix this is on an Apple iPhone 6s, I have not experienced this problem with my iPad Pro.
