how can i authorise my Macbook to download all my music from itunes account? pls if anyone can help...

Open iTunes or Music (depending which OS you have), go to the Account menu, and Authorize to your Apple ID. Then you can access your previously purchased content per this guide:

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support
