After i update my iPhone7 to IOS 14 the camera and microphone not working,
then I update it to 14.0.1 the camera works but the microphone still not working :(

I don't know how they can say it's hardware's fault the phones were working just fine before the update. I'm switching back Samsung since they clearly don't want to fix the issue.
Same here. They are saying its hardware fault, but it is ios14 fault clearly. iPhone 7 mic not working since upgrading to ios 14.0.1.
Exact same thing happened to me, and exact same response from Apple Support as Ivan (below). Have done hard reset, network reset, etc. It will work temporarily, but then it stops again. I think the only solution may be to purchase bluetooth to speak on calls but those still won't help with things like dictation or Siri. Really awful thing to do to loyal Apple customers.
