Blurry text when scrolling

Blurry words when scrolling on my new iPhone SE...how do I prevent blurry text when scrolling?

What version of iOS do you see under Settings > General > About > Software Version?

Is this happening when scrolling in any particular app, a document, or with web pages?

Is the issue intermittent or continuous?

Version 14.0.1
brand new iphone SE just purchased through my telco
the blurry nature of scrolling is in all apps, documents and web pages...I'd resigned myself to believing its due to the extremely small size of the screen
the issue is continuous in that it happens all the time, any time I scroll up or down as stated above

The issue may be expected behavior when the screen is moving, but if not, we want to make sure your new device is working as it should be. We'd first recommend checking a friend or family members device with iOS 14.0.1 to see if it exhibits the same behavior.
