Whatsapp mic camera volume very high

Since i upgraded my iphone 7 plus to 14 version the whatsapp mic and camera sound is very high and there is no option to reduce it.

whenever i try to send audio msg on whatsapp and click on mic to record the msg the sound of that mic is very high and when i try to take picture within chat using camera option the click sound is very high.

any suggestion on how to fix this issue before upgrade the sound was low and normal.
