Thanks I’m having to install some updates on bith the phone and new watch! But can any Apple Watch be connected to cellular data with the correct provider? Or is there a seperate type Apple Watch only for cellular data?

Only an Apple Watch labeled with (GPS + Cellular) can independently use cellular data.
