Not sure if this is the place to ask a question like this, but apparently Apple support directs you to a community. Are you all customers with loads of expirience, or actual payed employee by Apple?

In either case, I just got an e-mail from Apple that they cannot charge me for my iCould storage. And that I will be downgraded. I can't recall ever 'upgrading' my iCould.

Hence my question is, where can I find for how long I have been using this upgraded iCloud service?

I hope to hear from You, You or You.

Hi, welcome to the Apple Users Community.

Yes we are Apple customers and users.

Simply check the settings on your iPhone. At the top where you see your name and Apple ID, after that you should see an iCloud icon with an arrow pointing right, touch that. This will show you how much of your free storage has been used and how you can Manage Storage. You can turn on/off what you want to in there too.

Best of luck

Are you certain the email was legitimately from Apple -- How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support & Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support.

Dear Pete-Progressive-Graphics,

Do you happen to know, if it is a problem if I fill in a credit card of my sister that lives in a different country?

I have just tried, but I get a 'Your payment method if not valid in this Store, Please enter a new payment method.'

I wonder if that is due to the fact we both live in different countries?

I got the same reply for my newly made PayPal account, and with my prepaid phone number it also doesn't seem to work, since I get the same reply.
