I have Location Services turned on, but my app won’t show the time to leave. The message I get says, “Time to leave alerts are not available because Location-Based Alerts are disabled.
I have checked every place where location shows up and they are all on. What do I do?

I am not sure which iOS version you are using so I am going to assume that you are using iOS 14 and below is where the location based alerts is located-
Open Settings ➔ Privacy ➔ Location Services ➔ System Services ➔ Location Based - Alerts : Set this to ON.
