Which WatchOS does iOS14 support, and which Apple watches works with iOS14?

Thanks but that doesn't exactly clarify.

The closest we get from that is:

1.  watch OS 4.3.2 requires iOS version 11.4, but higher version iOS can still pair with a watchOS 4 watch.
2. ^ watch OS 6.2.8 requires iOS version 13.5, but iOS 14 can still pair with a watchOS 6 watch.

It doesn't say if a watchOS4 watch will work with iOS12, iOS13 or iOS14. I know it will work with iOS13. but iOS14?

I guess 2. "implies" that iOS14 can't pair with watchOS 4 or watchOS5 without stating it for certain.

Surely there must be an Apple document somewhere saying which Apple Watches work with iOS14 and which do not...

How about a Series 1? or a Series 2?

I know a first generation Apple Watch with WatchOS4 works with iOS13.

I've just been told by someone they are using iOS14 with their Series 0, so am hopeful again...
