apple loops disappear after update from 10.4 to 10.5

hi there.

i recently upgraded my logic pro x from 10.4 to 10.5 and now all my apple loops are disappeared.

i checked sound library manager in logic and it showed that all apple loops are installed correctly !

i also checked apple loops folder in library and everything is ok there !

i tried to re-index them in apple loops bar in logic but even if i let it work for hours, nothing happened.

please please help me .

sorry for my bad english.

OK. Thanks for the feedback.

From the photo you posted it looks something is happening. Indexing is running.

Still in the obvious:

Any dialog window hidden by Logic?

Any third party software installed. Antivirus? Anything that pretends to clean or optimize your Mac?

You can try to reset Logic Preferences.

Next step could be to delete Logic plist in both the System and User Libraries.

hi there and thanks for your time.

I try again and again and test every probable ways. I even delete the txt files on Apple Loops Index Folder (find this way on some logic pro x forums)

But it's still on indexing loading window.

I upgrade logic 10.5 on MacOs Mojave, i do not want to upgrade to OS Catalina for now , is this possible that Logic Pro 10.5 is not compatible with OS Mojave ?
