clearing out my old broken phone
I am trying to clear out my broken phone before sending it back. The touch screen does not work and can not get into settings. Trying to clear it out through itunes?

You can do a factory reset with a computer, but that doesn't turn off Find My Phone.
If it will connect to the Internet, you can use Find My Phone
