My daughter has had a cracked screen on her iPhone11 and it's started "glitching" out of her control whereby the screen moves without it being touched. For example, she can be texting a friend and then her phone will try to call that person repeatedly without her initiating. The phone is acting on its own.
It sounds like a touch sensor issue? Is it merely that the screen needs to be replaced?

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or take it to your local authorized service provider.
It is not "glitchy". It is "broken". It needs to be repaired or replaced. It may be just a screen replacement. if it's more than that, then the entire phone has to be replaced.
