Payments & subscriptions
I want to know how to stop auto pay, is there any way I can just shut it off completely or make it were it needs permission for the payment to go thru ? Please help

If you mean app subscriptions the only way is to unsubscribe, then go back a resubscribe at the end of the current subscription. When you unsubscribe the current subscription continues to the end of the period.
If you mean Auto Pay on an Apple card you can just turn it off by going to the Wallet app, tapping on the card and changing the payment setting.
