iCloud Drive is using lots of storage space in my iPhone

I have an iPhone XR 128GB and want to free some storage space.

When I go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, one app that is taking 25,74GB of storage space is iCloud Drive. The thing is: I don't have this space in my iCloud, I never signed up for iCloud Drive, so I don't understand why is it taking so much storage space in my iPhone.

When I go to Settings > My name > iCloud and check the storage used, it says it has 4GB being used out of 5GB of possible usage.

So why is iCloud Drive using 25,74GB of my total iPhone Storage??? How can I delete it from my phone and free some space?

I isn't enabled. Here's the expansion of that screenshot:

One other info that might be useful (or not) is: I only have two devices connected. My iPhone XR and my MacBook Pro.

The second one is using only 10MB on iCloud Drive.

Yes, I'll take a print of the info from my MacBook's iCloud Drive.

Im from Brazil, so it's in Portuguese, but I guess you can understand.

You need to expand the second screenshot to show whether you have iCloud Drive enabled or not.
