Trusted devices list is not available

Recently I have noticed that the list of trusted devices no longer appears under my Apple ID on both iPhone SE running iOS 14.0.1 and iPhone 5c running 10.3.3. After signing out of iCloud, restarting the devices, and signing back in, the issue persists. All devices are displayed under my account when I sign in at applied.apple.com.

After a quick chat with support we determined this was caused by my network. We verified this by disabling WiFi and testing over cellular data. When not on my WiFi network the list of trusted devices appear.

To discover what might be blocking this I logged into my router and put my devices on the DMZ, but the issue persists. My ISP is Verizon FiOS and the issue only started Monday. There were no problems before this.

Has anyone else seen this issue and determined the root cause? It’s not a huge deal, but I do find unsolved mysteries annoying.

Yes, working for me as well this morning.

As the people reporting this issue are from many different locations, different ISPs and different home networking equipment would all seem to indicate something amiss at Apple.

A vey strange scenario where it only failed to work on WiFi.

Just happened that to me yesterday. Non of my trusted devices showed up on the list of starting yesterday. Reeboted several times but nothing worked. Today when connected to my mobile data i realized they appeared again on my iphone, and connecting again to my home wifi they dissapear. Don’t know if it has something to do with the 14.0.1 update that i did yesterday. Don’t know what the cause is or solution to make it work with home wifi again and i think apple support is aware of the issue cause they suggest me that work around of changing network

I have the same issue this week. As you suggested turned OFF WiFi on the iPhone and the list reappears. Happening on any of my Apple devices on my home WiFi - used to work fine.

So just found out today that the issue resolved itself. The list now is showing when on home wifi. Apple support advice me to forget and re add my home network but that didn’t solve the issue
