Hi all. I’m new to the forum. I purchased my AirPods Pro from the Curry’s eBay store on 26.9.20 and they arrived on the 29th. I’ve tried entering the serial number and the purchase date for my 1 year warranty but it’s saying ‘We’re sorry, but we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later’. Can anyone advise me on what to do please.

AirPods are not entered this way. Only iOS, iPadOS, MacOS... devices are.
Once your AirPods are paired to your iPhone, they should appear here.
Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
No further action is required on your part.
