My iPhone is on the last software update iOS 14.0.1 and I downloaded a few apps from the App Store but all of them aren’t in my Home Screen what should I do? I checked million times and I’m 10000% sure they aren’t there, but i can open them by typing their names on the search screen tho

Did you look in the folders of the App Library? The App Library is located on the last screen when you SWIPE LEFT till you hit the last screen.
