The cooling fan of Macbook Pro 16 is running continuously. What could be the reason of non-stop running cooling fan?

By design, sans are on all the time. At default speeds they are usually only audible in a VERY quiet space. The article linked show how the fans are sped up by heat demands.
⚠️ Carefully note the information about device usage and not blocking critical cooling air vents. Any occluded air vent, intake or exhaust, will cause higher temps that increase fan speeds. Note this part:
