Different iPhone versions for different countrys?

I am from switzerland. But at the moment I am working in Romania for some weeks. Now my Phone is broken and I want to buy a new one in Romania. Are the iPhones in Romania exactly the same like in Swizerland, or are there some country-specific differences? Is the quality and the amount of electromagnetic radiation (SAR) the same?
